Lighting up former kingsbridge

The lights have gone on at the former Kingbridge building in the heart of Castlebar for St. Patrick's Day.

The local parade committee have added a new element to this year's celebrations – lighting up this building in the Irish colours to add to the occasion.

The redeveloped Kingbridge building is now owned by the Mayo Leitrim Sligo Education Training Board and tomorrow night (Saturday) it will be lit in the Dublin and Mayo colours for the big national football league match, which is taking place in MacHale Park.
