Andy moran expected to face galway

ANDY Moran is expected to be named on the Mayo team to face Galway on Sunday in the Connaught semi-final at Pearse Stadium.

The Ballaghaderreen man is widely tipped to be handed the number 15 shirt when the team is announced tonight to feature in a full-forward line that is also expected to include Aiden O'Shea and Cillian O'Connor.

According to speculation, there are also two changes anticipated in defence with David Clarke taking over the goalkeeping duties from Robbie Hennelly while Chris Barrett is tipped to play at centre-back instead of Donal Vaughan.

Tom Parsons and Seamus O'Shea are predicted to be named at midfield.
