Moran given the mayo nod as predicted

AS predicted on our website last night (Thursday), Andy Moran has been called into the Mayo team for Sunday's Connaught semi-final clash against Galway at Pearse Stadium, Salthill.

The former Mayo captain will line out at right corner-forward, with Cillian O'Connor named at full-forward and his brother, Diarmuid, at right half-forward. Aidan O'Shea will wear the number 11 shirt, with Tom Parsons and Seamus O'Shea teaming up at midfield.

Also, as predicted, Chris Barrett comes into the side instead of Donal Vaughan, with David Clarke taking over the goalkeeping duties. Barrett is named at right full-back with Tom Cunniffe moving to the centre-back position.
