Demand for replay tickets is unprecedented
DEMAND by Mayo supporters for tickets for next Saturday's All-Ireland SFC semi-final replay against Dublin is three-times greater than it was ahead of the drawn match last weekend, The Connaught Telegraph has learned.
And that estimate comes less than three hours before the Mayo County Board's deadline for orders at 9 p.m. this evening.
Informed sources told this newspaper the reality is that hundreds of fans of the green and red are set to be left ticketless.
'The demand is unprecedented for a semi-final,' the source added.
