Local barber featured in a week to my wedding
A MAYO hairstylist has been featured in the popular RTÉ series A Week To My Wedding.
John Kelly, of Kelly's Barber Shop, Castle Street, Castlebar, was delighted to be involved in the programme and he helped prepare the groom, Brendan Kenny, for his big day.
Episode 1 of the new series featured Maeve O’Hara from Tiernaur and Brendan Kenny from Tipperary, who returned home from London to get married in St. Brendan's Church in Tiernaur.
Filming took place locally in Castlebar and Westport as well as in Tiernaur.
