Malicious damage to vehicles in ballyhaunis

GARDAÍ in Ballyhaunis are investigating malicious damage to two cars parked at Abbey Street over the weekend.

One of the vehicles, a Nissan Pajero jeep, had its driver's window broken.

The windscreen and a passenger wing mirror were broken in the second vehicle, a Ford Fiesta.

The damage was caused between 12 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Saturday night/Sunday morning.
