Sheep race featured on The Connaught Telegraph's front page

THIS week's issue of The Connaught Telegraph, which is in the shops, has an eye-catching front page photograph.

It features the novel sheep race in Ballyheane organised by the local soccer club.

The organisers even went to the trouble of hiring a race commentator (Ian Duffy) and an official (Chris Maughan) with sheep nuts to keep the competitors focused.

Well done to photographer Alison Laredo on another cracking image.
