Death of former chairman of Mayo Community Games

THE death has taken place of Tommie Heveran, Shanvalleycahill, Killitiane, Tourmakeady.

The deceased was a former chairman of Mayo Community Games.

In his early fifties, he was a father of two and news of his sudden passing has come as a major shock. He was held in the highest regard throughout the county due to his involvement in Community Games at local, county and national level.

His remains will be reposing in St. Mary’s Funeral Home, Tourmakeady, tomorrow (Tuesday) evening from 5 o’clock with removal at 7 o’clock to St. Marys Church, Tourmakeady.

Requiem Mass for the repose of his soul takes place on Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock with burial afterwards in Churchfield Cemetery, Tourmakeady.

Deepest sympathy is extended to the Heveran family on their loss. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
