Big Blue Box Volunteer Challenge cycling into Ballina

THE Big Blue Box Volunteer Challenge in aid of St. Vincent de Paul will be rolling into Ballina sometime after 4 p.m. tomorrow (Monday) to the local branch of Bank of Ireland on Pearse Street.

It promises to be a fun afternoon, with surprise guests, lots of treats for both the kids and the big kids, and live music and entertainment for everyone.

The Big Blue Box Volunteer Challenge involves cyclists travelling the full length of the Wild Atlantic Way, stopping at 25 different towns along the way.

All donations raised locally will go directly to support the work of the local St. Vincent de Paul. Funds raised to the value of €40,000 will be matched by Bank of Ireland through Give Together.
