NOW this is what we call chilling out.

Padraig Kennedy from Westport was probably the most relaxed and chilled out man in Ireland over the bank holiday weekend.

Here he is, sitting back, having a read of the paper and enjoying an ice-cream in the coolness of the Mall river in Westport.
