Gardaí recover caravan stolen from Castlebar family

GARDAÍ have recovered a caravan in Kiltimagh which was stolen at Belcarra last Saturday and was reported missing on social media by the Castlebar-based owners.

As a result of this investigation, two men were arrested in the area around midnight on Sunday.

Since their arrest, further details have come to light about other incidents and the men were questioned about a number of burglaries in east Mayo, including incidents in Kiltimagh and Foxford since Friday last.
