Enterprise Rent-A-Car opens its newest Irish branch in Castlebar
ENTERPRISE Rent-A-Car, part of the world’s largest vehicle rental company, Enterprise Holdings, has opened its newest Irish branch in Castlebar.
The new outlet will operate from Casey Accident & Repair Centre, Turlough Road, primarily serving tourists who wish to rent a car and explore the town and surrounding areas of Mayo as well as business people and locals who may require affordable transport from time to time without needing a full-time vehicle.
The company has also officially launched its new door-to-door tow truck service which will serve the entire Galway/Mayo area.
Operating in Ireland since 1997, Enterprise is renowned for its extensive network of locations, affordable rates and outstanding customer service. At present, the company employs more than 200 staff in 28 branches nationwide, including its successful branch in Galway which is open seven days a week.
Speaking at the official launch, Richard Mahon, area manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car Ireland, said Castlebar is the ideal location for a new branch given the area’s thriving business and tourism sector.
“This is one of the most beautiful regions in Ireland, with stunning beaches and countryside, scenic coastal roads, and everything that overseas visitors want to experience when they come here,” he added. “These are record-breaking times for Irish tourism and we’re very excited to launch here in Castlebar and improve access to all the area has to offer.
“I’d like to thank all our partners in the local tourism and business community, in particular the team at Casey Accident & Repair Centre for the friendly and helpful way they have worked with us ahead of the launch. This partnership has the potential to significantly grow an already thriving business.”
Enterprise has a new fleet of cars and vans on Casey’s premises offering highly competitive weekend special rates. The Castlebar branch at Caseys will operate from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday.
