Big boost for central Mayo primary school

THE Department of Education and Skills has granted additional accommodation approval to St John's NS, Breaffy, Castlebar.

The extension will consist of a mainstream classroom with ensuite toilet and two resource rooms.

Welcoming the news, Minister of State for Regional Economic Development Michael Ring said: “I have no doubt that the additional accommodation will be of great benefit to this school and their students and teachers.'
