IT is with deep regret we record the deaths of the many people from the county who passed away from December 12 to December 18. May their gentle souls rest in peace. Sympathy is extended to the bereaved families.

Burial took place in Annagh Cemetery after Requiem Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Glenhest.

 

 

Mary Greally, Tooreen

 

Mary Greally (née O'Donnell), Shanwalla, Tooreen, Ballyhaunis, and formerly of Malin Head, Co. Donegal.

She is survived by her sons Pat, Ray and Tony (Dublin), Brendan, Tommy and Jimmy (Shanwalla), daughter Bridie Folliard (Galway), sisters Rose O'Donnell and Delia Grant (Donegal), daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Burial takes place in Aghamore Cemetery following Requiem Mass in St. Mary's Church, Tooreen.

Interment took place in Ballyovey Cemetery following Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Sorrow Church, Robeen.

 

 

John Reynolds, Belmullet

 

John Reynolds (retired garda), Ballina Road, Belmullet.

He is survived by his daughter Cathy, son Seán, sister Mary, son-in-law Aidan, daughter-in-law Geraldine, grandchildren Alex, Zoe, Felix, Seán and Eabha, extended family and friends.

John was predeceased by his wife Kit and brother Anthony.

Burial takes place in Emlybeg Cemetery after Requiem Mass in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet.

He is survived by his brothers Vincent, Brendan, Cyril, Imelda, Ethel, Agnes and Dympna, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many friends. He was predeceased by his brothers Raymond, Kieran, Enda and nephew Éanna.

Burial took place in Kiltimagh Cemetery following Requiem Mass in the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh.

Burial took place in Kildaree Cemetery following Requiem Mass in the Church of St. Therese, Williamstown.

Sadly missed by his heartbroken parents John and Fiona, brother Gary, grandmothers Delia Feehan and Mary Audley, uncles, aunts, relatives, neighbours and his devoted friends.

Predeceased by her husband John, she is survived by her daughter Caitriona, sons John and Kevin, son-in-law Noel, daughters-in-law Emer and Josie, grandchildren Shane, Mathew, Sophie, Siobhan, David, Rachel, Patrick, Johnathon, James, Katie and Joseph, sister Ann Waldron (Ballindine), nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Interment took place in Kilmaine New Cemetery following Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Ballinrobe.

Requiem Mass took place at Ballintubber Abbey with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

He was father of Elaine McDonagh, Dublin, brother of Josephine Forde, Castlebar, and Teresa Forde, Kiltimagh.

Interment took place in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Midfield, following Requiem Mass in St. Joseph's Church, Midfield.

 

 

Vincert Herbert, Crossmolina

 

Vincent (Vince) Herbert, Church Road, Pamber Heath, Tadley, Hampshire, and formerly of Rathnamaugh, Crossmolina.

He is survived by his wife Attracta (Brogan), son Stephen, daughter Elaine (O'Neill), brothers Jackie (Rathnamaugh), Paddy (Dublin) and Martin (London).

He was predeceased by his brother Eugene (Reading) and his sister Mary (Munnelly), Killala.

Funeral service took place in Tadley.

Martin McManus, Masseytown, Macroom, and late of Martin Savage Terrace, Sligo, and Ballina.

He is survived by his partner Helen, daughter Elina and her partner Robbie, sons Paul and Shane, their mother Carmel, grandchildren Aran and Zev, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, Helen's family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Interment took place in Macroom following Funeral Mass. Month's Mind Mass will be held in Ballina in January.

Rose O'Toole (née O'Toole), Belclare, and a native of Inishturk Island.

She is survived by her husband John, son Gerard (Knockfin), daughters Bernadette Needham (Kilsallagh) and Mary Moore (Knockrooskey), brothers Paddy, Brendan and Gerard, sisters Agnes, Annie, Chris, Eileen, Mary-Margaret, Kitty and Tess, her eleven grandchildren, sons-in-law Michael and Rory, daughter-in-law Emmy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, and a large circle of friends. Rose was predeceased by her sisters Lucy, Sally and Bridie.

Burial took place in Aughavale Cemetery following Requiem Mass at St. Mary's Church, Westport.

He is survived by his daughter Caroline, son Robert and their mam Geraldine, grandchildren Cían and Tádgh, brothers Oliver and Donal, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Cremation took place in Glasnevein Crematorium following Requiem Mass on Friday in the Church of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Fairview.

Beloved husband of Mary, father of Bernadette, Michelle, George and Michael, brother of the late George (U.S.A.) and Jack.

Sheila Bradshaw (nee McCallion), Strand Rd., Sandmount, Dublin 4, and formerly of Derry and Cork, peacefully at the McBride Nursing Home, Westport.
