THE ladies from Castlebar Celtic continued to set the pace at national level, with the Under 18 girls putting in two great performances before getting their hands on the Women's FAI Under 18 Cup.

A solitary goal seperated the sides at the end as the Castlebar team got the bettter of Lagan Harps at MacSharry Park in Sligo in what was a solid all round performance but particular from a defensive point of view.

When Celtic came under serious pressure from the Donegal team, the work and leadership of Saoirse Ludden caught the eye of most pundits during that final.
