Hotel for online auction

THE iconic Pontoon Bridge Hotel will go under the hammer at auction tomorrow (Tuesday).

The property, which boasts 58 bedrooms, sits on the shore of Lough Conn. It will feature in an online for auction by Allsop property consultancy group, with a reserve range price of between €340,000 and €360,000.

The hotel was initially constructed in the 1940s, and later refurbished and extended in 2006.

The propery has a function room with a capacity for approximately 320 guests, bar and lounge, restaurant, and spa and treatment centre.
