Probe for stolen Mayo rockbreaker is ongoing

GARDAÍ are continuing investigations into the theft of a valuable rockbreaker from the Derrinumera area near Newport.

The unit, valued in the region of €4,500, was stolen from a mini-digger sometime on Thursday night/Friday morning last.

The owner is offering a cash reward for information leading to its recovery.

The rockbreaker is a 'Topa' make and is brand new, according to its owner.
