Castlebar man dies following workplace accident
THE untimely death has taken place of 31-year-old Lorcan Deasy, Errew, Castlebar.
Lorcan passed away yesterday at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, from injuries sustained earlier this month in a workplace accident.
The news has evoked a huge sense of sorrow and loss in the community at large.
He is survived by his parents Michael and Marian, brothers Bryan, Jason and Keelan, his girlfriend, Jacqui, grandmother Kathleen Gallagher, sisters-in-law Emer and Ela, nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends, to whom heartfelt sympathy is tendered.
His remains will repose in Ballyheane Community Centre tomorrow (Wednesday) from 5 p.m. with removal at 8 p.m. to his residence.
Removal from his residence takes place on Thursday morning at 10 a.m. to St. Patrick's Church, Ballyheane, for Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. Burial takes place afterwards in Ballyheane Cemetery.
