Gardaí keeping 'open mind' on young woman's death in Mayo

GARDAÍ in Castlebar say they are keeping an open mind on the death of a young woman who was found in rented accommodation at McHale Road in the town over the weekend.

The 22-year-old was found by a relative.

A post-mortem is to be held at Mayo University Hospital.

Gardaí confirmed to The Connaught Telegraph this afternoon they are making enquiries but initial findings suggest there is nothing suspicious as regards the circumstances of the death.
