Passing of former Mayo University Hospital porter

THE death has taken place of John (Johnny) Molloy, Ross West, Castlebar.

The deceased was a porter at Mayo University Hospital for over 30 years and was held in very highly regard.

He is survived by his sisters Teresa and Patricia, brothers-in-law Val and Anto, sister-in-law Eileen, nephews, nieces, extended family and neighbours, to whom sympathy is tendered.

John was predeceased by his parents Patrick and Nora, brothers Bernard and Martin, and sister Helen.

His remains will be reposing in Coady's Funeral Home, Castlebar, from 5.30 p.m. on Sunday with removal at 7 p.m. to St. Michael's Church, Crimlin.

Requiem Mass takes place at 11 a.m. on Monday with burial afterwards in Parke Cemetery.
