Mayo GAA and GMIT announce partnership

The GMIT Mayo Campus and Mayo GAA have announced their collaboration on a new part-time accredited course.

The programme is entitled “Special Purpose Award in Contemporary Sports Coaching Practices” and its expected to attract wide interest across the county.

It will get underway in February and students can register ahead of the opening class.

Former Mayo GAA star Alan Dillon wil launch the initiative at Mayo GMIT Campus next Friday at 7 p.m.
