Status Yellow snow/ice warning issued for Mayo

MET Èireann has issued a Status Yellow snow/ice warning for Mayo.

It is valid from 6 a.m. tomorrow until 6 p.m. on Saturday. The warning will be updated, if required.

Met Èireann said it will be very cold this week with scattered wintry showers and snow accumulations are expected.

There is a possibility of more significant snow spells on Thursday.
