Karen Penny visits Mayo tomorrow as part of her 20,000-mile coastal trek

Karen Penny, who is doing a 20,000 mile coastal walk of Ireland and Britain for Alzheimer's Research, begins the Mayo section of her trek tomorrow.

She sets out from Leenaune early, heading north along the coast to Louisburgh, Westport, Newport, Mulranny, Achill, Belmullet, Ballycastle, Killala before finishing in Ballina.

Karen, who has walked 1,200 so far, would love to meet as many people as possible during the day,
