Mayo death and funeral notices
THE funeral arrangements have been announced for a number of Mayo people who have died in recent days.
James O'Donnell, Castlebar
The death has occurred at the Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar, of James (better know as Seamus) O'Donnell, 53A Chestnut Grove, Castlebar, and formerly of Shanballyhue, Newport.
He was husband of Kathleen (née Sammon) and brother of Muriel Reid (Newport), Pat (Newport), Frankie (Newport) and the late Kevin (Chicago).
He is also survived by his mother-in-law Nan Sammon (Cloonkeen, Castlebar), brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
His remains will be reposing at the Kilcoyne Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar, on Easter Sunday from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 7.30pm to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar, arriving at 8 p.m..
Funeral Mass takesplace on Easter Monday at 11 a.m. with the funeral proceeding to the New Cemetery, Castlebar.
Joe Joe Moran, Westport
Jo Jo Moran, Springfield Drive, The Quay, Westport.
Predeceased by his wife Marie and son Joseph, he is sadly missed by his loving sons Peter and Mark, daughter Keveen, daughters-in-law Mariea, Paula and Lillian, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, relatives and friends.
Jo Jo will be reposing in Navin's Funeral Home on Sunday from 5 to 6.30pm.
Funeral arriving St. Mary's Church, Westport on Monday at 2 p.m. for Mass at 2.30 p.m.
Burial afterwards in Aughavale Cemetery.

Predeceased by her husband John (Jack) and her daughter Celia, she is dearly missed by her sons John, Micheal and Martin, daughters Breege, Margaret and Bernadette, her grandchildren and great grandchild Charlie, sister Margaret, nephews and nieces and a large circle of friends and neighbours.
Mary will lie in repose at Glynns Funeral Home, Tuam, on Sunday evening from 5 until 7 p.m. with removal to the Church of the Holy Family, Irishtown.
Funeral Mass on Monday at 12 noon followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Remains reposing at Hineys Funeral Home Crossmolina on Monday evening from 5 p.m. with removal at 7 p.m. to the Church of the Holy Souls Keenagh.
Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Crossmolina Cemetery.
