22 patients on trolleys at Mayo University Hospital

A TOTAL of 22 patients are on trolleys at Mayo University Hospital in Castlebar today.

Nationally, 503 admitted patients are waiting for beds, according to INMO Trolley Watch.

Up to 360 are waiting in the emergency department, while 143 are in wards elsewhere in the hospital.
