Diarmuid O'Connor set to return to face Roscommon

MAYO captain Diarmuid O'Connor is set to return from injury to face Roscommon in the semi-final of the Connacht SFC at Elverys MacHale Park on May 25.

The Ballintubber ace missed the opening round victory against New York earlier this month after damaging an eye socket during a training session.

He revealed at a Mayo GAA press conference tonight that he is back in full training after being given the all-clear.

Manager James Horan confirmed that Cillian O'Connor, Seamus O'Shea and Donal Vaughan are making steady progress in their fitness battles.
