Accountancy award for Mayo ifac employee

Michael Dunphy, from ifac’s Mayo office, has been announced as the winner of Part-Qualified Accountant of the Year at this year’s Irish Accountancy Awards.

Speaking about the award, Michael said: “I am absolutely delighted to have won Part-Qualified Accountant of the Year. I’m extremely passionate about my career and the work that I do with ifac. The support and career development they have offered me throughout my three years here and this award is testament to that.”

Martin Clarke, partner at the ifac Mayo branch, added: “Huge congratulations to Michael on this award. He is a fantastic employee, always going above and beyond to ensure our clients are looked after.

“This award is testament to his hard work and dedication, and he has a very bright future ahead.”

Ifac was also shortlisted for Large Practice of the Year, Advisory Team of the Year and Young Accountant of the Year. The winners were announced at the Irish Accountancy Awards in The Mansion House, Dublin.
