Sarah Rowe officially opens new EBS Mayo premises

THE new EBS Mayo premises has been officially opened at Main Street in Castlebar.

The ceremony was performed by Mayo ladies Gaelic football star Sarah Rowe.

There was a big turnout for an event which represented a vote of confidence in the town centre.

The newly-elected cathaoirleach of Castlebar Municipal District, Councillor Michael Kilcoyne, wished the management and staff every success. 

The manager is Castlebar man Aidan Beirne, a former area manager with Bank of Ireland.

The other staff members are John Hughes, business development manager, Therese Byrne, mortgage master, and customer advisors Donna Walsh, Conor Loftus and Matthew Ruane.

EBS is a personal bank that provides mortgages, wealth management, home insurance and investments for customers.

The message is that EBS Mayo is very much open for business at its new base in Castlebar.
