Death of Castlebar woman is widely mourned

The death has occurred of Margo (Margaret) Corley (née Guthrie), Killeen, Ballyvary, and late of 44 McHale Road, Castlebar.

A member of an old and respected family, news of her passing is widely mourned in the community.

Predeceased by her husband John, she is survived by her daughters Ann and Mary (O'Brien), sons John and Padraic, sister Ann Kelly (Westport), son-in-law Tom, daughters-in-law Tracy and Angela, grandchildren Alice, Cillian, Shane, Emer, Conor, Liam and Ruairi, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours, to whom sympathy is tendered.

Margo was also predeceased by her brothers Chas and Mickey and sister Mary Ruane (Castlebar).

Her remains will be reposing on Tuesday evening at Coady's Funeral Home, Castlebar, from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 7 p.m. to St. Joseph's Church, Keelogues, arriving at 7.30 pm.

Requiem Mass takes place on Wednesday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Keelogues Cemetery.
