Traffic disruption in Castlebar due to works

TRAFFIC flow is set to be disrupted in the Pound Road/Marian Row area of Castlebar for the next two weeks due to works.

Part of Marian Row will be closed to traffic for a number of days while Pound Road is reduced to one lane.

Works are being carried out to connect sewerage, storm water and electricity to the Taobh na Cnoic housing development by Mayo County Council at Church View Villas.

They are being carried out by JRPH Limited on behalf of Seamus O'Brien Builders Limited.

Traffic lights will be in operation for the duration of the works.
