Five Mayo players in Connacht woman's rugby squad for big test

THE Connacht squad has been announced ahead of the 2019 Women’s Interprovincial Series.

Round One is this Saturday next, August 17, with reigning champions Leinster hosting Ulster at Energia Park (KO 5:30pm) and Munster welcoming Connacht to Irish Independent Park at 3 p.m.

It includes Mayo players Lily Brady, Lisa Carroll, Rebecca Gavin, Hazel Moran (all Westport) and Anne-Marie O'Hora (Galwegian and Castlebar).
