Former Castlebar butcher shop to be transformed into cafe

A FORMER butcher shop in Castlebar is to be transformed into a new cafe. 

River Road Ventures Limited has made application to Mayo County Council for planning permission for the change of use at Bridge Street in the town.

The planning application is signed by Josephine Heneghan.

The new develpment will consist of a cafe, kitchen, toilet facilities and a seating area.

The business will provide a welcome boost to the town centre.
