THE following are today's death and funeral notices.

Fursey Heneghan, Shrule

The death has occurred of Fursey Heneghan, 'IONA', Shrule.

Predeceased by his sister Imelda and brother Louis, Fursey will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Carmel, children John, Aisling and Mary, grandchildren Sarah, Rhian, Fursey, Dylan and Daniel, son-in-law, brothers Jack and Anthony, sisters Mary and Hilda, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at his residence on on Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m.

Removal to St. Joseph's Church, Shrule, on Sunday morning to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. followed by burial in the local cemetery.

 

John Hunt, Kilmovee

John Hunt, Kilmovee.

John will be greatly missed by his wife Esther, daughters Sandra and Edel, son Robert, sister Marion, his uncle John (McDonnell), nieces, nephews, brothers -in-law, sisters-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, cousins, extended family and friends.

Reposing at his residence on Saturday from 4 until 8 p.m. House private thereafter.

Removal on Sunday to the Church of the Immaculate Conception Kilmovee, arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 1.30 p.m.

Burial afterwards in Naomh Mobhí Cemetery.

 

Paddy Langan, Killala

Paddy Langan, Manchester, and formerly of Rathbane, Palmerstown, Killala.

Memorial Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Killala on Saturday at 12 noon followed by burial of ashes in Killala Cemetery.

 

Cyril J. Lavelle, Achill

Cyril J. Lavelle, formerly of Percy Place, Dublin, and Achill.

He died suddenly in France.

Husband of Noeleen and father of Peter and Suzie, he will also be sadly missed by his brothers Michael and Kevin, sister Anne, daughter and son-in-law Charlotte and Will, grandchildren Lily, Freddie, Izzy and Minnie and by his extended family, his friends and colleagues.

Funeral arrangements to be announced later.

 

Patrick McNulty, Achill

Patrick (Madden) McNulty, Cashel South and Currane, Achill, and late of Castlemore, Ballaghaderreen.

Reposing at Lavelle’s Funeral Home, Cashel, this Friday evening from 5 p.m. with removal at 6.45 p.m. to St. Joseph’s Church, Bunnacurry.

Requiem Mass tomorrow at 11 a.m. with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

Memorial Mass will be celebrated in Ballaghaderreen at a later date.
