Number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Mayo hits 107

THE number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Mayo has increased to 107

The figure was measured at midnight last Saturday and published this evening by the Department of Health.       

It represents an increase of 29 from the statistics published yesterday.

The number of confirmed cases in Galway is 112, Sligo 28, Roscommon 18 and Leitrim 13.

Nationally, there were 16 further Covid-19 deaths, bringing the total to 174.

An additional 370 new confirmed cases were recorded, bringing the total to 5,364.
