Claremorris community mourns passing of much-loved woman

THE death has taken place, peacefully at home, of Kathleen Corless, Crimlin, Claremorris.

The deceased was held in high esteem in the community and her passing has evoked a huge sense of loss.

Predeceased by her husband Jimmy and daughter Bernadette, she is sadly missed by her daughters Marian Cooney (Tuam), Kathleen Kenny (Castlerea), Anne Winters (Castlebar) and Carmel Mee (Castlebar), sons Padraic (Conagher, Milltown), Jimmy, Tom and John (Crimlin), and Brendan (Burrish), 29 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, niece, nephew, relatives, family and friends, to whom deepest sympathy is tendered.

Due to current government and HSE guidelines the funeral ceremonies will be strictly private for family members only.

A memorial Mass to celebrate Kathleen's life will be celebrated at a later date.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.
