Map showing locations of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Mayo

A map of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Mayo has been released.

According to the HSE, the Castlebar, Ballina, Westport and Erris areas are the worst affected.

However, the east and south of the county has not escaped the virus.

It’s the first breakdown of county locations by the HSE.

The map was compiled based on confirmed cases as of April 13.
