31 confirmed Covid-19 cases being treated at Mayo hospital
THE HSE has revealed that 31 patients with confirmed Covid-19 are currently receiving treatment at Mayo University Hospital.
The figure is based on statistics recorded at 8 p.m. on Monday.
It represents an increase of three from Sunday's figure.
There are a further 19 patients at the facility with suspected Covid-19, a decrease of three.
Three confirmed cases are receiving treatment in the critical care unit as well as one suspected cases.
There are three vacant clinical beds at the hospital and 27 vacant general beds.
