Argos reopens its Castlebar store for online reservation orders
Following government guidance, Argos has carefully selected a number of stores to reopen - including its Castlebar outlet which reopened this morning.
A statement by the company outlined: "The safety of our customers and colleagues is paramount, and we have made the necessary changes to continue to trade safely whilst offering the best service to our customers.
"These select stores are only accepting online reservation orders and will be following social distancing.
"We're therefore limiting the number of customers in store at any time, so you may need to queue before entering the store.
"You'll spot signs outside and inside stores, as well as marshals on the door to help everyone stay safe.
"We've also installed safety screens at our tills, allocated marking for queuing, and we are operating social distancing within our warehouses, to pick and bring items safely to the collection counter.
"Our jewellery counters will be closed for safety reasons, until further notice. But all of our jewellery and watches are available online to view and reserve."
