Mayo University Hospital is Covid free for third consecutive day
Mayo University Hospital is without a Covid-19 patient for a third successive day.
The positive news has been reported by the HSE following figures compiled at the Castlebar facility at 8 p.m. yesterday.
It is also the 15th consecutive day that no new suspected cases have been admitted to the centre, a period during which the hospital's ICU has been free of Covid patients.
The number of vacant general beds has dropped from 37 to 19 since Thursday and there are no vacant critical care beds.
