Passing of young Mayo mother is widely mourned
The death has taken place of Andreé Moran (nèe Munnelly), 18 Kennedy Gardens, Castlebar, and late of Erris Street, Crossmolina.
An affable and endearing personality, her passing has evoked a deep sense of sorrow and loss.
She fought a long battle against illness with great courage and immense dignity.
Andreè was an inspiration to everyone around her, possessing a wonderful zest for life and being devoted to her family.
Along with her sister Cathriona, she ran a hairdressing business in Crossmolina for a number of years and subsequently worked in Kelly's Barber Shop, Castle Street, Castlebar.
Predeceased by her father Philip, she is very deeply regretted by her loving family: daughter Blaithín, sons Íosaf and Othain and their father John, mother Anne, sisters Cathriona and her children Grace and Conrad and their father John, Sharon and her children Emily and Christopher and their father Satashi, Emer and her partner Martin, Irene and her children Faye and Danny and their father Donal, brother Philip and his children Sirona, Caela and Philip Junior and their mother Sharon, relatives, neighbours and friends, to whom sympathy is extended.
The bereaved family remembers Willie-Joe at this time and all of Andreè's deceased relatives and friends.
Removal from her residence takes place tomorrow (Wednesday) at 3 p.m. for Requiem Mass at 4 p.m. in St. Tiernan’s Church, Crossmolina, with burial afterwards in Crossmolina Cemetery.
Due to the HSE and government guidelines the funeral at all stages will be private for family only.
