No Castlebar Parish Magazine this year

A FIRM Christmas favourite at home and abroad, there will be no Castlebar Parish Magazine this year.

After much discussion, and with great reluctance, it has been decided to defer publication of this year's magazine until next year.

This is the second time in the long history of the magazine, which is now approaching its 50th edition, that it will not be published.

A statement from the team behind the publication said: 'The unprecedented times we are experiencing at present meant it would be extremely difficult to produce the magazine.

'We know a great many people will be very disappointed, none more so than all those involved in its production over all those years. Hopefully, DV, 2021 will see us back to normal life and another parish magazine'.
