Mayo team shows one change for Connaught final

The Mayo team to face Galway in the Connaught senior football championship final on Sunday has been named.

It shows just one change to the team that started last Sunday's semi-final against Roscommon, with Mark Moran replacing Ryan O'Donoghue at centre half-forward.

It's a first start for Westport man Moran in the championship.

Sunday's game at Pearse Stadium in Salthill will mark Kevin McLoughlin's 65th championship appearance and his 143rd senior appearance for Mayo.

The Knockmore man, who won the county championship with his club this year for the first time, made his Mayo debut against New York in 2009.

The game will be broadcast live on RTÉ Two on Sunday, with throw-in at 1.30 p.m.

The Mayo team in full is: David Clarke; Oisín Mullin, Chris Barrett, Lee Keegan; Patrick Durcan, Stephen Coen, Eoghan McLaughlin; Conor Loftus, Matthew Ruane; Kevin McLoughlin, Mark Moran, Diarmuid O'Connor; Tommy Conroy, Aidan O'Shea, Cillian O'Connor.
