Kelly’s Christmas hampers – order early

ALL the elves at Kelly’s Butchers are busy putting Christmas hampers together.

Unsurprisingly, the Covid-19 restrictions have resulted in a big surge in orders so Kelly’s are encouraging everyone to order early and avoid disappointment.

As couriers are also reporting a massive increase in business, hampers can be picked up from the shop in Newport. That suits anyone who wants to deliver their gift personally, and it’s also perfect for corporate or employee gifts. Of course, courier delivery to the door is also available to any address in Ireland.

Everyone deserves a little spoiling and a brand-new hamper called ‘Kelly’s Night In’ has just been launched. It’s a delicious combination of wine, cheese, crackers, charcuterie, mince pies and snuggly socks - just what’s needed for a winter night in. ‘Kelly’s Night In’ hamper is only available for collection at the shop; it’s not suitable for sending by courier. It’s best to order the hamper in advance to avoid disappointment – a limited number will be on sale over the counter but they sell out quickly.

Kelly’s Kitchen has been transformed into a celebration Christmas shop from Thursday, December 3.

“We’re really looking forward to opening up again,” said Shauna Kelly, manager of Kelly’s Kitchen. “We have a fabulous selection of Christmas fare – hampers, Christmas cakes and puddings, gingerbread men, mince meat and loads more besides. Everything is freshly made in-house.”

Kelly’s Kitchen will also stock local art – pictures and cards. Better still, their famous full Irish breakfast is also available as a takeaway along with other tasty breakfast options and lunchtime sandwiches and wraps.

The easiest way to order Kelly’s Christmas hampers or the Kelly’s ‘Night In’ hamper, is online (www.kellysbutchers.com). Alternatively, you can order from the shop in Newport on (098) 41149.
