Peter Leahy named on Meath Under 20 management team

As speculated last week, the manager of the Mayo ladies senior football team, Peter Leahy, has been included on the Meath Under 20 football team management set-up.

Two-time All-Ireland winner Bernard Flynn was appointed manager at the Meath County Board convention this evening, with Graham Reilly, Graham Geraghty, Robbie Brennan, Shane Supple and Leahy all named as part of the management as well.

Flynn, who succeeds Dunboyne clubman Ger Robinson in the position, previously managed Mullingar Shamrocks. Leahy, it is understood, is a close friend of Flynn in Mullingar.

Efforts were made to contact Leahy regarding his future plans with the Mayo ladies senior team but they proved unsuccessful.
