DOUGLAS O'CONNOR, BOHOLA

Douglas O'Connor, Ballykeeran, Athlone and formerly of Ballymiles, Swinford, and Bohola. Predeceased by his beloved sisters Maura (Kenny) and Peggy (Chapman) and his brother Noel. Sadly missed by his loving wife Rosemary, sons Michael and Rory, daughter Jeannenoelle (Courtney), brothers Jim, Pat and Val, sisters Bell (O'Toole) and Angela (Kennedy), daughter-in-law Caroline (Fitzgibbon), son-in-law Nicky, grandchildren Lucie, Harry, Anna, Jasmine and Jack, nephews, nieces, in-laws, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

TONY HENEGHAN. SHRULE

Tony Heneghan, Dalgan Road, Shrule.

Predeceased by his brothers Jack, Fursey and Louis and sister Imelda (Birmingham).

Sadly missed by his wife Nancy, sons; Gary and Louis, daughters; Laura and Lucy, grandson, Shay, son-in-law, Dermot, sisters; Mary, (Galway) and Hilda, (Galway), brother-in-law, Frank, sister-in-law, Carmel, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Removal from his residence on Wednesday, May 12, at 11:30 a.m. followed by Funeral Mass in St. Joseph's Church, Shrule at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Shrule Cemetery.

Tony's Funeral Mass will be live streamed on the Shrule Parish Facebook Page and can be listened to on Parish Radio 101.4.

ELLEN DIXON, BELMULLET

Ellen Dixon (née Cawley) (better known as Helen), Luton, England and formerly of Faulmore, Blacksod.

Predeceased by her late husband Brendan Clifford and her brother Michael Cawley (better known as Jock). Beloved wife of Eamon and dear mother of Michael, Vincent and Eamon. She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, daughters in law Rose, Lina and Jackie, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Tony, sister Sheila, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains will depart from family’s holiday residence at The Heights, Ballina Road, Belmullet, on Friday evening at 6.30 p.m., arriving at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet, at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 10 a.m., followed by burial in Emlybeg Cemetery.

MICHAEL JOE CUNNANE, CLAREMORRIS

Michael Joe Cunnane, late of Levington Drive, Longleavens, Gloucester, England and formerly of Carraun, Claremorris.

Michael Joe, beloved husband of Ann and father to Michael. Predeceased by his sister Una Boyle, Brownsgrove, Tuam, Co Galway.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Ann, son Michael, sisters Babe Cosgrove (Loughanemon, Claremorris) Sheila Johnston (Cloonthernan, Knock) and brother Jimmy Cunnane (Carraun, Claremorris), nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

Michael Joe’s Funeral will take place at a later date in Gloucester, England.

JOHN MCDONNELL, BALLINDINE

John McDonnell Cloonrane, Ballindine and formerly of Lismorane, Callow, Foxford.

Sadly missed by his wife Deirdre and loving father to Jack and Sarah. Deeply regretted by his parents John and Josie, brother Martin, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains will arrive to St Joseph's Church, Ballindine on Thursday, May 13, for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the new Cemetery, Ballindine.

MATTHEW GILLIGAN, CLAREMORRIS

Matthew (Matt) Gilligan, Market Square, Claremorris.

Predeceased by his sisters Jo Moran (Ballygar) and Maureen O’Brien (Claremorris). Matt will be sadly missed by his loving wife Pat, son Martin, daughter Margaret (Morley), daughter-in-law Olive, son-in-law Charlie, grandchildren Anna, Matthew, Cathal, Ian, Éanna and Adrian, his niece Ann Freeley, nephews David, Fr. Pat, John, Martin and Finian, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, extended family, neighbours and many wonderful friends.

Matt’s funeral cortège will leave the family Funeral Home in Market Square on Thursday, May 13, at 12.30 p.m. for Funeral Mass in St Colman’s Church, Claremorris at 1p.m. (via, rear of Market Square). Burial afterwards in St Colman’s Cemetery, Claremorris.

May the souls of the deceased rest in peace.
