Mayo man named among top 20 footballers from Under 20 championship
EirGrid has announced the top 20 players from this year’s sensational Under 20 Football Championship with the annual 20 Under 20 awards, with a Mayo player among the awardees.
The EirGrid awards recognise the outstanding effort and dedication of these talented young players.
Ruairí Keane, who plays his club football with Mayo Gaels, was the sole representative from Mayo in the selection.
Having played a critical role in the Offaly attack throughout the competition, Jack Bryant has been named the 2021 EirGrid Under 20 Player of the Year.
Offaly manager Declan Kelly has been named as the EirGrid Manager of the Year after a campaign which saw them become Under 20 All-Ireland champions for only the second time.
