South Mayo N17 flyover works to start next month

WORK on the Lisduff flyover on the N17 at Claremorris is set to start in November.

The progress on the project has been welcomed by Councillor Richard Finn.

Head of roads Paul Dolan had 'welcome news' when he said he hoped machinery will be on site next month.

Councillor Finn paid tribute to all involved in the project, which will remove an accident black spot from the road, saying he had never seen a project come to fruition so fast
