Woodie’s Castlebar win Woscar for Store of the Year

THE team at Woodie’s DIY, Home and Garden in Castlebar are celebrating.

They have won the Store of the Year award at the ‘Woscars’ - Woodie’s Oscars.

The Castlebar team delivered a superb performance across a broad range of measurements including sales performance, colleague engagement, customer service and stock management to achieve the much coveted award this year.

Woodie’s extend a huge well done and thank you to everybody in the team for a stellar performance in 2021.

Deputy manager of the Castlebar store, Joanne Dolan, said: “We are in complete shock and are delighted to be awarded Store of the Year for 2021. It’s all down to our incredible team.

“Team Castlebar are the most dedicated and hard-working team of people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. This team had been consistently excellent every day and hold themselves and the store to the highest of standards.

“This award is the culmination of years of hard work and consistency in everything we do. I couldn’t be prouder to be a member of this team.”
