New Petmania store opens in Westport

IRISH owned retailer Petmania have opened their 14th store, at Westpoint Shopping Centre in Westport.

The much loved pet specialist will offer a wide range of products for dogs, cats and other family pets, including pet nutrition, toys and a range of festive gifts and fashion in the run up to Christmas.

The new store will also include a state of the art dog grooming studio offering an extensive range of treatments for all dogs over the age of four months. The grooming studio is now taking bookings.

Pet parents can avail of free in-store weight checks and expert pet nutrition advice throughout the year. The team at Petmania Westport look forward to bringing some customer favourites to the store, including Operation transPAWmation, the Petmania Puppy of the Year Competition and in store adoption days.

Lily Madden, store manager at the new Westport outlet, said: “The team here at Petmania Westport are delighted the store is opening in time for Christmas. There has been great excitement shown by the community and we can’t wait for everyone to get the chance to come in with their furry friends.”

The 100% Irish owned pet specialists have opened three stores in the west of Ireland in 2021, with Westport following Sligo, which opened in May, and Roscommon, which is also opening this month.

For those that prefer to shop online, Petmania offer a Click and Collect service, with contactless collection available, as well as home delivery.
