Business opportunity at Mayo's pilgrimage mountain

Mayo County Council is inviting expressions of interest from interested parties to lease the Croagh Patrick Visitor Facility Centre and Café at Murrisk, Westport for the purpose of providing a café/restaurant and other visitor related experience/facilities.

The opportunity has been advertised on the authority's website and represents a great opportunity for a business person.

Interested parties are invited to contact the council's property section at property@mayococo.ie for further details and to obtain an expression of interest application form to apply.

Viewings will be by appointment only during normal working hours on Wednesday, March 2, to Friday, March 4 next.

Expressions of Interest application forms should be submitted by e-mail only to property@mayococo.ie by Friday, March 11, at 2 p.m.
